• Handcrafted uniqueness: Our ceramics and other products are entirely handcrafted, with each piece exhibiting natural and distinctive variations in dimensions, glaze color, and texture. These variations are an integral part of their artistic value and should not be considered quality defects.
• Order: After you submit your order, we will send you a confirmation email. The order is officially established when the email is sent. We reserve the right to cancel the order if the product is out of stock or the price is incorrect.
